We use CerinTeed ,Tamko, Malarkey Shingles. Firestone, DECRA, Fabral 29 gauge and 26-gauge Metal Panels. We use quality edge aluminum for our soffits, facial, drip edge and chimney metal. We use CerinTeed for our siding projects.
How long does replacing a roof typically take?

Roof typically takes 1 thru 3 days to complete depending on size and type. Metal roofs take a bit longer.

Do we have to be out of the house when you are replacing the roof?

People can remain home while their roof is being replaced. We take every precaution to be aware of all people coming in and out of all entrances
Can I remove ice from my roof?

Removing ice from your roof can cause damage to the roofing material. This should be done by a professional for safety and damage issues. We like to use salt saline liquids to loosen the ice from the roof first before breaking it off the roof
What are ice dams?

Ice dams are caused by heat loss melting snow and then the water freezing at the bottom edge. Causing water to pool and push back up under the product. We like to use ice guard underlayment to protect the roof from leaking.
How do you calculate the amount of shingles I will need for my roof?

Roofing contractors alike generally use a roofing square 10 ft by 10 ft = 1sq of shingles.
Why is there discoloring in my roof?

Heavily wooded areas can leave a lot if pollen on the roof. This can cause some staining. Or discoloring or algae. Certainteed shingles are algae resistant and warranty against discoloring.
What kind of ventilation can I use on my roof?

Ventilation is very important to the life expectancy of every product. It also controls ice damns. We use solar vents, ridge vents and roof louvers to achieve proper ventilation along with perforated soffit intake vents.
Should I paint my house before siding takes place?

No need to paint the house before siding. A good house wrap like Tyvek will keep air and water out
Will siding crack or fade?

Certainteed siding warranties that it will not color fade for a set amount of time. As siding ages, it can get brittle. As most plastic vinyl's left in the elements due. But this is at a very old age this would be a problem. Siding is generally more brittle in cold temps
How often do I need to replace siding?

Siding can be replaced for cosmetic appearance anytime. A typical siding lasts 30 thru 40 years depending on the brand
Is a full siding job the only option?

Like roofing we can do siding in sections.

Is there Maintenance involved after a siding job?

Generally vinyl siding is maintenance free. Unlike wood siding needs to be painted often. You may find that you want to power wash your siding to clean dust and tree dander off
My home was damaged by hail, what is the turn time to fix this?

If an insurance claim is being made due to hail damage. We must prove our case to the insurance company via pics. Sometimes an insurance company will send an adjuster. This usually takes a couple of weeks from start to finish.
Will you work with my insurance company to help me move forward with my roofing job?

We would be glad to work with your insurance company on your behalf
